Fear is an understandable response to a body that has felt unpredictable for a long time. It is also a poor guide.
Fear narrows attention to what might go wrong. Curiosity widens it to what is actually happening: when the tightness eases, what days feel better, what your body responds to.
You do not need to feel positive about your symptoms. You only need to be a little interested in them. That small shift is often where progress begins.
