The Steady Support Room
Understanding the pieces is one thing. Living with them is another.
Sometimes the relief of finally seeing the pattern is followed, quite quickly, by a quieter question: how does any of this fit inside a real week?
- Come here when
- You understand more, but carrying the next steps alone still feels like too much.
- What you’ll find
- Eight weeks of personal, educational follow-through and a living Personal Support Map.
- A peaceful next step
- Read what the support includes. Asking a question commits you to nothing.
Why this room exists
The hard part usually isn’t knowing. It’s Tuesday.
People often leave a Clarity conversation genuinely relieved. The pattern is visible at last, and someone has finally read the whole story rather than one page of it.
And then real days arrive. Energy that changes without asking. Family who need you. Work that doesn’t pause. A body that may not respond the same way on Thursday as it did on Monday. Understanding something and living it are not the same skill, and there is nothing wrong with you if the second one is harder.
This room is simply somewhere Tammie can stay beside you for a defined stretch of time while you practise one manageable step at a time — not many at once, and not perfectly.

The offer, plainly
Eight Weeks of Steady Support
$549, one time
This is a separate service that follows a completed Peacefully Stronger Clarity pathway. It may come after laboratory testing and your personalized results guide, or after the Personal Clarity Review, where no testing is used at all.
The eight weeks do not renew automatically. When they close, they close.
One 60-minute starting conversation
We begin by looking at what you already understand, and choosing one place to start.
Two 30-minute progress conversations
Scheduled during the eight weeks, to talk through what you have actually been noticing.
One 45-minute closing conversation
We look back together at what the eight weeks taught, and decide what is genuinely needed next.
A living Personal Support Map
Created and updated together, so nothing you learn about your own days gets lost.
One brief secure weekly check-in
During each week without a conversation, you write a short check-in and Tammie writes one thoughtful reply.
A final updated Support Map
What helped, what did not fit, and what comes next — written down and yours to keep.
What we build together
Your Personal Support Map
It isn’t a treatment plan and it isn’t a protocol. It is a working page about your own life, written with you and changed as often as your days require. It can hold:
- What your body and your daily life have been communicating
- What currently feels manageable
- One chosen focus, instead of many instructions at once
- Supportive food, rest, movement, environment or daily-rhythm experiments, when they are appropriate
- What felt helpful, what felt neutral, and what felt like too much
- Questions worth taking to your licensed healthcare providers
- The next peaceful step
How the eight weeks flow
Unhurried, and with an ending
- Week one
The starting conversation. Together we choose one focus, and your Personal Support Map begins.
- Weeks two through seven
Brief secure check-ins, two scheduled progress conversations, and gentle adjustments based on what you are genuinely noticing — not on what a plan says should be happening. During the two progress-conversation weeks, the conversation takes the place of the written reply.
- Week eight
The closing conversation. The map is completed, and you decide what fits: continuing independently, using a self-guided resource, pausing, or separately discussing another defined support need.
There is no promise of continuous access or daily replies here, because that isn’t what steadiness actually requires — and promising it would not be honest.
Said kindly, and said clearly
Care has boundaries here, on purpose.
This service is educational support, pattern review, conversation, and help choosing manageable next steps. That is genuinely what it is, and it is enough.
It is not diagnosis, treatment, therapy, medical monitoring, urgent care, supplement prescribing, complicated meal planning, daily messaging, unlimited access, or a replacement for your licensed medical team.
If something new or concerning arises, please contact your licensed medical provider. Urgent concerns should never be sent through the secure weekly check-in.
The service closes after eight weeks, and there is no automatic renewal. Any later support is a separate decision, made freshly — never an assumed continuation.
Questions people usually have
Asked quietly, answered plainly
- Do I need testing?
- No. Testing is never required. Steady Support can follow laboratory testing and your personalized results guide, or the $149 Personal Clarity Review, where nothing is collected at all.
- Can I begin here without already completing Clarity?
- You are always welcome to ask. In practice, personalized Steady Support normally begins after a completed Clarity pathway, so the eight weeks have a responsible starting point rather than a guess. Read about The Clarity Room.
- Is this medical care or therapy?
- No. This is educational support, pattern review, conversation, and help choosing manageable next steps. It does not diagnose, treat, or monitor anything, and it does not replace your licensed medical team.
- What if I need urgent help?
- Please contact the appropriate licensed provider or urgent-care service. Never wait for a reply to a weekly check-in, and never send an urgent concern through it.
- Will I be charged again after eight weeks?
- No. It is one payment, and there is no automatic renewal. The eight weeks simply close.
- Can I continue afterward?
- The closing conversation decides what is genuinely needed. Continuing on your own is a complete and respected outcome, not a step that was missed.
Whenever you’re ready
You can just ask.
Writing a note doesn’t enrol you, doesn’t schedule anything, and doesn’t create a charge. If Steady Support turns out to fit, Tammie sends the private payment link directly — it is never on this website.
