Reading here asks nothing of you

You can read every Conversation without an account, without a form, and without telling us who you are.

A small amount of information is kept in your own browser so the site can recognise a return visit and remember where you left off. It stays on your device, it is never sent to us, and clearing your browser removes it entirely.

When you write to us

Reach Out opens your own email program with a note already written. Nothing is stored on this website — we simply receive the email you chose to send, and we reply to it.

Please don't send medical details by email. Anything sensitive is better shared in conversation.

Your account, if you choose one

An account exists for one reason: so your own writing is here again the next time you are. Creating one records your email address, an optional first name, and — if you sign in with Google — the email address Google confirms for you. Passwords are stored only as an encrypted value that no one here can read.

Accounts are held on our behalf by our hosting and database provider, under their own security and confidentiality terms.

Your journal is yours

Anything you write in your journal is private. It is stored so that only your own signed-in account can open it — not Tammie, not anyone else here.

We never read it, never analyse it, and never use it to decide what to show or offer you. If one day you would like Tammie to see part of it before a conversation, that will always be something you choose piece by piece, and can undo at any time.

If you buy something

Payment for The Peacefully Stronger Beginning is handled by Stripe, our payment processor. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never seen or stored by this website.

What we keep is the plain record of the purchase itself: that it happened, what it was for, the amount, and Stripe's own reference for it, so your access can be opened and you can find your receipt later. Stripe handles your payment information under its own privacy terms.

Nothing you write in your journal is ever shared with Stripe, or with anyone else, for any reason.

Removing what you've written

Any journal entry can be deleted from inside your journal, and deleting it removes it for good.

If you would like your whole account and everything in it removed, write to hello@peacefullystronger.com from the address you signed up with and it will be deleted — no questions, no persuading.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent, or trade anything you share. We do not run advertising, and we do not add you to any list unless you have asked to be added.

You are welcome to ask what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask for removal. Write to hello@peacefullystronger.com and we will answer honestly and promptly.
