Accounts and your journal

The Conversations and the basic journal are free, and an account is only ever needed so your own writing can be kept for you across devices.

Please keep your password to yourself, and let us know if you think someone else has reached your account. Anything you write stays yours: you can delete an entry at any time, or ask for the whole account to be removed.

We look after your writing carefully, but no website can promise that nothing will ever be lost. If a piece of writing matters a great deal to you, it is worth keeping a copy of your own.

Care in person

Hands-on Connective Tissue Restoration is offered locally and is entirely optional — nothing here depends on it. When a time is arranged, it is held for you personally, and if plans change we will simply find another.

Who owns what is written here

The writing on this site is original work. The Conversations, The Peacefully Stronger Beginning, the journal prompts and reflection questions, and the photography, illustrations, layout and design elements owned by Peacefully Stronger are the property of Peacefully Stronger and are protected by copyright. “Peacefully Stronger” and “The Peacefully Stronger Beginning” are marks used by this business.

Anything you write in your own journal belongs to you, not to us. Owning the site does not mean owning your words.

Nothing here is meant to interfere with the ordinary rights the law already gives you, such as fair use — quoting a short passage with credit, for instance, has always been fine.

What a purchase gives you

Buying The Peacefully Stronger Beginning gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read and use the materials yourself. It does not transfer ownership of the writing, the images, or anything else behind it.

Please don't copy, reproduce, redistribute, republish, resell, or post the paid materials, share your login with anyone else, or use them to build a competing or commercial product — including training or coaching material of your own — without written permission. Asking is genuinely welcome; the answer is often yes.

Downloading or printing a copy for your own use is expected and fine.

Lifetime access, in plain terms

“Lifetime access” means access for as long as The Peacefully Stronger Beginning continues to be offered here — not a subscription, no renewal, and no expiry date we intend to set. There is nothing to keep paying.

Being honest about the edges: if the experience were ever retired, or if something outside our control made it impossible to keep online, access could end. If that ever happened, we would give reasonable notice and a way to keep what you had written.

Payment and refunds

Payment is taken once, by Stripe, our payment processor. The price shown at checkout is the price charged; there is no subscription and no card kept on file by us.

Because The Peacefully Stronger Beginning opens to you the moment you join, purchases are generally not refundable. That isn't meant to sound closed; it's simply that the whole of it is already yours as soon as you're in.

Even so, circumstances are not all the same. If something isn't right, please write to hello@peacefullystronger.com and a person will read it. A refund may be given where the situation warrants it, at our discretion, and nothing here takes away any right the law where you live already gives you.

If a purchase is refunded or reversed through the card issuer, access to the paid experience closes. Anything you wrote in your journal stays yours and stays available to you.

Your account and your access

An account is for one person. Please keep your sign-in details to yourself and don't share, sell, or lend access to the paid experience.

Access may be closed if it is shared or used in a way these terms don't allow, or after a refund or chargeback as described above. We would always rather write to you first.

Where this applies

Peacefully Stronger is based in Minnesota, United States, and these terms are read under Minnesota law.
