The Clarity Room
When the pieces aren’t adding up, we can spread them out together.
Sometimes the next thing needed isn’t another plan. It’s someone slowing down, hearing the whole story, and helping decide which clues — if any — are worth looking at.
- Come here when
- You have tried so many things that it is hard to tell which clues belong together.
- What you’ll find
- Four ways to look more closely, including one that uses no laboratory testing at all.
- A peaceful next step
- Read the choices. Asking a question commits you to nothing.

First, plainly
Testing is not the point. Understanding is.
A laboratory report is one set of clues. It isn’t the whole person, and on its own it rarely explains very much. Reports have a way of looking authoritative while telling you almost nothing about your actual life.
So a result is never read alone here. Tammie reads it beside your assessment, your history, what your days genuinely look like now, and what your body has been communicating for however long it has been communicating it. The picture comes from putting those things next to each other.
And sometimes the best next step is no testing at all. That is said here as often as anything else, because it is often true.
Education comes first, and an invitation only second. Nothing on this page is a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a promise about what any result will show. No test identifies the cause of your symptoms.
Clues are worth gathering only if someone is going to sit and read them with you.
Four ways to look more closely
None of these is the better one.
They are simply four different tables to spread things out on. Nothing here is recommended by default, and no one will be steered.
Personal Clarity Review
No testing required
$149
For anyone who would like the whole story looked at carefully first, without adding another sample or another laboratory to it.
- A careful review of your completed assessment
- A personal Peacefully Stronger Clarity Guide, written for you
- One 45-minute conversation together
- One clarification reply within seven days, if something needs saying again
There is no test, no kit, no specimen, and no laboratory result in this choice. It is time and attention, nothing else.
Food Clarity
$349
For anyone who has wondered for a long time whether food is part of what their body has been responding to.
- The FoodAlign 96-food IgG panel
- A careful review of your completed assessment
- A personal Food Clarity Guide, written for you
- One 45-minute results conversation together
- One clarification reply within seven days
Collection is an at-home finger-prick dried-blood sample, with local assistance available when that can be arranged. This is not allergy testing.
Mineral Clarity
$249
For anyone curious whether a mineral-pattern report might add useful clues to the picture.
- Trace Elements hair tissue mineral analysis (HTMA)
- A separate educational evaluation prepared through Tammie’s additional evaluation program, at no added charge
- A careful review of your completed assessment
- A personal Mineral Clarity Guide, written for you
- One 45-minute results conversation together
- One clarification reply within seven days
This uses a properly collected scalp-hair sample when one is available, with guidance for collecting at home or local assistance. HTMA does not diagnose deficiency, toxicity, thyroid or adrenal problems, or the cause of any symptom.
Whole-Person Clarity
$499
For anyone who would like both sets of clues laid on the same table, read beside each other rather than separately.
- Both Food Clarity and Mineral Clarity testing
- The HTMA results and separate educational evaluation
- One integrated Whole-Person Clue Map
- One 60-minute results conversation together
- One clarification reply within seven days
These are two different specimens, two different kits, and two different laboratories. They are collected separately and simply read together at the end.
Nothing happens quickly here
What happens after I ask?
- Step 1
You write Tammie a short note. There’s no need to include detailed medical information on the public form — a few sentences is plenty.
- Step 2
Tammie replies personally.
- Step 3
If you’d like to explore one of the Clarity options, Tammie sends a secure private portal with the assessment and authorization forms.
- Step 4
Tammie reviews what you’ve written and helps confirm which choice actually fits — including the choice of no testing.
- Step 5
Only once the choice is clear is a private payment link sent to you directly. It is never on this website.
- Step 6
For the testing paths, collection is arranged in whichever way suits: local help, a kit from stock, or the laboratory shipping one to you. Personal Clarity skips kits and laboratories entirely.
- Step 7
The laboratories process the samples and send results to Tammie. Timing varies, so no exact turnaround is promised.
- Step 8
Tammie reviews everything, prepares your guide or Clue Map, meets with you, and the one clarification reply within seven days is included.
“No testing” is a complete answer, not a failed one.
Choosing not to test is a respected choice here, and it is chosen often. It isn’t a testing sale that didn’t work out.
You might choose Personal Clarity, where nothing is collected at all. You might choose a self-guided course and take your time. You might decide that no further support is right just now. Or you might simply ask a question and see what Tammie says, without committing to anything at all.
Questions people usually have
Asked quietly, answered plainly
- Do I need testing?
- Very often, no. Many people find that having the whole story read carefully is the thing that was missing. Personal Clarity exists exactly for that.
- Can Tammie help me collect the sample?
- When it can be arranged locally, yes. Otherwise there is clear guidance for collecting it at home, and you can always ask a question part-way through.
- Can the kit be mailed to me?
- Yes. A kit can come from stock on hand, or the laboratory can ship one to you directly.
- Is Food Clarity allergy testing?
- No. It is an IgG food panel, which is a different thing entirely. It does not identify allergies, and it is not used to diagnose anything.
- Does HTMA diagnose a condition or tell me which supplements to take?
- No. It offers one set of clues to read alongside everything else. It does not diagnose deficiency, toxicity, or the cause of symptoms, and it is not a supplement prescription. This choice also does not produce an automatic clinical supplement protocol.
- Can this be used for a child?
- A parent or legal guardian completes the authorization and receives the secure communication throughout.
- What happens if a sample can’t be processed?
- The laboratory asks for a new sample. If a second processing charge would apply, that is confirmed with you before anything is promised or arranged.
- How long does it take?
- Laboratory timing varies, so no exact date is promised. Tammie keeps track of the process and messages you when results arrive.
Whenever you’re ready
You can just ask.
Writing a note doesn’t order a test and doesn’t create a charge. It begins a conversation, and that is all it does.
