Few things are more disorienting than being told that everything looks fine when you know, in your own body, that it is not.
Most tests are designed to find a specific list of things: fractures, tumors, markers, structural damage. They are excellent at that. They are not designed to see restricted connective tissue, protective muscle patterns, or a nervous system running hot.
A normal result is genuinely good news. It rules out serious conditions. What it cannot do is explain what you are feeling — and it was never meant to.
You are not exaggerating. You are experiencing something that the available tests were not built to measure.
