Big plans are satisfying to make and difficult to keep, particularly when energy is unpredictable.

Small steps work because they ask so little that your body does not have to brace for them: two quiet minutes of breathing, a short walk, a glass of water in the morning, one gentle stretch before bed.

Repeated often, those steps become the conditions your body needs to repair. Nothing dramatic happens on any single day, which is exactly why they hold.

Choose something so small it feels almost unremarkable. That is usually the one that lasts.

Nothing here needs deciding today. Your body will keep speaking, and you are learning its language a little more each time you listen.
