Peacefully Stronger

If You’d Like to Stay Longer

A quiet note for anyone who has been reading and would like more time with all of this.

Some people read a Conversation, sit with it for a week, and that is the whole of what they need. That is a complete outcome, and it always will be.

Others reach a point of thinking: this is beginning to make sense, and I would like to spend longer with it. Not more information — more time. Room to see how a subject applies to their own body, their own history, the particular way their own weeks are arranged.

That is what a guided experience is for. A Conversation holds one idea and then stops, on purpose. A guided experience stays with a subject a while longer: a deeper piece of writing, a short recording where hearing it said aloud helps, one simple picture when something is easier to see than to describe, and a private place to think about your own story rather than a general one.

A wide meadow in the long light of early evening

The first guided experience is already here. It is called The Peacefully Stronger Beginning — six unhurried parts, taken one after another, with room to write down what you notice as you go. It is for anyone who has read a few Conversations and would like to keep going in order rather than picking a page at a time.

It is $79 once, and yours for life. Nothing in the Library moves behind it — the Conversations and your Journal stay free, exactly as they are.

Other guided experiences are still being written, the same way the Conversations are — slowly, one piece at a time, and only put out when they are genuinely ready. There is no date being promised, because a date would only rush something that shouldn’t be rushed. When they exist, they will be described plainly here: what they cover, how long they take, and what they cost. Until then, this is only a note letting you know more may come.

A guided experience will be self-paced and yours to move through in your own time. It will never be a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or an assessment of your particular body, and it isn’t a way of getting time with Tammie personally. It is her teaching, prepared carefully once, so that anyone who wants it can sit with it whenever suits them.

And the Library isn’t a sample of it. The Conversations are the real thing, complete on their own, and they will keep arriving whether or not you ever go any further than reading them.

Read what The Beginning is, before deciding anything

Whenever you’re ready

There is nothing you need to do

The most useful next thing, honestly, is another Conversation. They are free, they are unhurried, and they were written to stand entirely on their own.
